The procurement concerns a creative management and automation tool for HSL Helsinki Regional Transport. The tool is used daily by HSL's marketing and communications team, as well as by partners. With the tool, HSL manages and personalizes campaigns, as well as plans and design advertising materials for digital channels. It is mainly a content production tool that integrates with ad placement in real time, without the need to upload materials to other systems. The tool also allows for monitoring the success of campaigns through analytics and optimizing campaigns in real time.
