Inductively Coupled Plasma Reactive Ion Etching (ICP-RIE) System University of Oulu is preparing a purchase of an inductively coupled plasma reactive ion etching (ICP-RIE) system. The system will be used in scientific research to fabricate microstructures for various applications, such as biomedicine, sensor technology, and optics.
