University of Eastern Finland (UEF) invites tenders for implementing external peer review panels for the NOVEL postdoctoral programme. The purpose of this procurement is to ensure a fair, transparent, and thorough review process for selecting postdoctoral candidates. The agency winning the procurement process will implement the external peer review panels in which each candidate’s research proposal and CV will be evaluated independently by three science experts who provide both numerical scoring and verbal feedback.
