The object of the procurement is TXF Partnership Agreements during 1.10.2024 – 31.12.2027. The total value of the procurement is up to 100,000 euros (VAT 0 %) for the period. The procurement is conducted as a direct award within the meaning of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016; Procurement Act). The Contracting authority has carried out market research and found out that there are no other service providers that are able to ensure the successful execution of the TXF Partnership Agreements.
